It has been brought to the attention of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM) that some individuals are using the name of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation or its acronym, ICERM, for their own personal and private gains. For this reason, the ICERM secretariat through the President and CEO of the Organization hereby issues the following disclaimer:

  • Do not transact business with any individual portraying himself or herself as a Board member of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM) if the individual’s name and biography is not featured on the ICERM Board of Directors web page.
  • Do not transact business with any individual portraying himself or herself as a staff, volunteer or intern of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation if the individual’s name and short biography is not featured on the ICERM Secretariat web page.
  • Disregard any email sent to you in the name of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation if the sender’s email address does not include the domain name of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation which is: @icermediation.org OR if the sender’s email address is not ethnoreligiousmediation(at)gmail.com. Sometimes the ICERM Office sends email to specific individuals and groups using ethnoreligiousmediation(at)gmail.com.
  • The International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation is not responsible for any inconveniences and damages resulting from the failure to adhere to the above disclaimer. If you notice something, say something; and the right place to confirm is on the web pages listed above, and also by contacting the ICERM Office for verification and confirmation. We uphold integrity in all we do, and are strongly committed to earning the trust and building the confidence of our members, supporters, clients and beneficiaries of our programs and services, as well as the society as a whole, by diligently and professionally carrying out our mission with responsibility and excellence. We will seriously prosecute any individual attempting to commit fraud in the name of the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation (ICERM).
