Black History Month Celebration Videos

The month of February is officially recognized in the United States as the Black History Month.
It is a time to pause as a nation and recognize the history of African Americans and the contributions of black people.
At ICERMediation, we think that Black History Month should not only be recognized, but should be celebrated by all.
In 2022, we invited our members and non-members to join us to pay tribute to the history of African Americans and the black people all over the world.
We discussed how to dismantle encrypted racism and celebrate the achievements of black people worldwide.
Leading this effort with Dr. Basil Ugorji, our President and CEO, was Gloria J. Browne-Marshall, J.D./M.A., Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), and Playwright.
Professor Gloria J. Browne-Marshall is the author of “She Took Justice: The Black Woman, Law, and Power” (Routledge, 2021).
